wheelchair access prime location helpful staff
The accessible room suited my husband's needs perfectly, including a correctly sized bed. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were always willing to assist. The hotel's prime location allowed easy access to many attractions. The room was quite spacious.
Hallways showed a SMALL amount of wear and tear.

fantastic stay!

excellent staff convenient location bar seating
I really liked the hotel's policy of reserving seats for residents in the bars. It was a big bonus. the staff throughout the hotel were excellent and very efficient, which i noticed immediately. the location is superb, with many bars so close by!
I waited for a table in the lounge area, and after about 15 minutes, i was shown to an overflow area away from the action. I expected a view with my cocktail!

damp smell barely working
the location was good, it was easy to reach shops.
The room had a damp smell. It was really off putting. the air conditioning barely worked, and i felt too hot throughout the night. at checkout, i mentioned the issues, but i just got a business card.

my room featured a king bed with crisp linens and plump pillows. the bathroom included both a soaking tub and a separate shower. i used the complimentary high-speed internet without problems. the concierge was very helpful and secured tickets for a local show.
the in-room coffee machine made a strange noise.

convenient location easy parking comfortable room clean room
The hotel is located right beside Grafton Street with all the shops and near the Green for a walk. I found car parking very easy. The room was comfortable. It was also very clean.
I noticed only one power outlet near the bed, which might be limiting for charging multiple devices simultaneously.
